Patricia A. Elmas

Patricia A. Elmas' career spans over 22 years in the legal field, with 17 years of experience in the immigration field. Her experience focuses on nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for the business, research and entertainment communities, with specialization in obtaining nonimmigrant and immigrant visas for researchers in the technology and cancer research fields, athletes and entertainers, and business, and multi-national corporations and companies. She leads a team of immigration professionals, supervises and mentors paralegals and provides case management for large volume caseloads for corporate clients. Patty acts as the main liaison for the group's case management system, providing input on enhancements and improvements to keep pace with the demands of the practice, and provides training for the same. She also writes articles for the group's blog, Inside Business Immigration: Legal Analysis for the Global Employer.
