Patricia Rodriguez is a member of the Intellectual Property & Technology Practice in Greenberg Traurig's Houston office. She utilizes her background in mechanical engineering and her unconventional industry experience to pursue strong patent protection for clients. She focuses her practice on patent application drafting and on prosecuting patents in front of the USPTO. She also has experience working with foreign counsel to prepare responses in a wide range of foreign jurisdictions, including the EPO, China, Japan, India, and Korea. Patricia’s experience ranges across a wide array of technical areas, including mechanical, electromechanical, wearable devices, cosmetics, gaming, and software.
