Biography

Patrick Bello provides legal support for small to mid-size emerging and high-growth technology businesses, investors, and entrepreneurs, as well as sophisticated operating enterprises. Mr. Bello’s goal is to provide a concierge-level of support for business transactions at a reasonable cost. He understands that having a firm grasp of operational knowledge and the principles of his client’s business enables him to become a true member of their team.

Partnering with businesses to understand their needs adds value to the comprehensive understanding of the law that Patrick brings to each client. Mr. Bello’s skills and insight have been developed through his education and experience. He was the Director of Due Diligence for the Mid-Atlantic Region of an international Angel investing organization, and a former Adjunct Professor with the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute (“IEI”) in the Fox School of Business at Temple University. He graduated from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University and is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
