Biography

As a trial and litigation attorney, Patrick concentrates his practice on representing individuals injured due to the negligence of others. Patrick strongly believes in justice and helping those faced with the prospects of fighting against big insurance companies and corporate defendants.

Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Patrick was a litigation attorney at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick where Patrick concentrated his practice on representing large financial institutions and individuals in securities litigation and violations of contractual covenants. Patrick's practice also focused on commercial litigation, employment law, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, and arbitration before the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). Patrick has also spent time with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in Washington D.C.

While in law school, Patrick was tapped into the prestigious Florida Blue Key at the University of Florida Levin College of Law. Patrick was also Vice-President of the University of Florida Levin College of Law Trial Team and a member of the University of Florida Levin College of Law Alternative Dispute Resolution Team.

A proud double Gator, Patrick studied business at the University of Florida and is a member of the Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity.
