Biography

Patrick C. Chucri is a trial attorney and shareholder with Morgan & Morgan who represents individuals and families in serious personal injury and wrongful death cases. He focuses his practice on high-stakes litigation arising from negligence, including catastrophic motor vehicle crashes and negligent security matters, and is committed to holding insurance companies and corporate defendants accountable.

Before joining Morgan & Morgan, Patrick practiced at Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, where he handled complex litigation involving financial institutions, securities disputes, restrictive covenants, trade secrets, employment issues, and FINRA arbitrations. He also worked with the Enforcement Division of the Securities and Exchange Commission in Washington, D.C., experience that sharpened his investigative and litigation skills.

Patrick earned both his undergraduate business degree and law degree from the University of Florida. While in law school, he served as Vice President of the University of Florida Levin College of Law Trial Team, competed as a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Team, and was selected for Florida Blue Key. A proud double Gator, Patrick now brings that advocacy background to the courtroom on behalf of injured clients throughout Florida and Arizona.
