Patrick F. Collogan

Pat Collogan was born and raised in Ponca City, OK. After graduating from the University of Louisiana at Monroe, Pat attended the University of Oklahoma College of Law, where he graduated in 2011. Pat has devoted his entire legal career to helping individuals who are harmed through no fault of their own, fighting every day for citizens in need in the ongoing battle against insurance companies and the insurance industry as a whole.

Prior to joining Biby Law as a partner in 2021, Pat developed his skills in all aspects of personal injury claims including case investigation, pre-litigation claims handling, litigation and trial practice. He has personally tried numerous jury and non-jury trials across Oklahoma. Pat is committed to ensuring each and every client ultimately achieves the optimal result for their respective case, striving to offer communication and guidance that is second-to-none at every step of every claim.

Pat is an active member of the American Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Kay County Bar Association, Tulsa County Bar Association, American Association of Justice and Oklahoma Association for Justice. He has been nominated to Super Lawyer’s Rising Stars of Oklahoma in the field of Personal Injury every year since 2017. He is licensed to practice in and regularly appears throughout Oklahoma’s District Courts and the Western, Eastern and Northern Districts of the United States District Courts of Oklahoma.

Outside of the office Pat enjoys playing golf, listening to music, working outdoors and spending time with his friends and family. He and his wife Kimberly are the proud parents of three boys.
