Biography

The major focus of Mr. Greaney’s practice over the past 30 years has been the representation of commercial lenders, developers, builders and real estate owners. Mr. Greaney has represented commercial lenders in a variety of transactions, foreclosures, restructuring and workouts. He has represented purchasers and sellers in many real estate, asset sale and entity sale transactions, borrowers in commercial loan transactions, and real estate owners in the appeal of property tax assessments.

Mr. Greaney is a member of the Montgomery County, Maryland Bar Association and the State of Maryland Bar Association, as well as Chairman of the Real Estate Finance Committee of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association (MNCBIA).
