Biography

Patrick J. Kail received his license in April of 2024, and has worked in a law firm setting since 2017. Patrick’s approach to cases involves analyzing and evaluating even the most minute details; He believes that any job worth doing is worth doing well.

Patrick grew up in Sugar Land then moved to Austin where he graduated from St. Edward’s University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. He began his legal career in Houston, where he managed Title II and Title XVI Social Security Disability claims as a paralegal and case manager. He then opted to attend law school at South Texas College of Law Houston.

While in law school, Patrick participated in the Randall O. Sorrels Civil Practice Clinic, where he worked on the estate planning team. Most recently he worked in employment law and civil litigation.

Outside of the office, Patrick enjoys improv and sketch comedy, and is a trained actor and improviser. He enjoys building computers, writing short stories, and playing tabletop role playing games with friends. He and his wife recently welcomed their first child into their family in November of 2023.
