Patrick M. Fishman is a principal in the firm’s Detroit office. He has practiced law in Michigan and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan for 30 years. Mr. Fishman has extensive experience defending clients from various types of civil liability claims and has also practiced family law. Mr. Fishman brings to the firm his litigation capabilities and special experience in defending mass tort, asbestos and toxic exposure cases.

In this respect, Mr. Fishman has managed cases involving exposure to asbestos, formaldehyde, mercury and other dust related diseases such as talcosis and silicosis. Mr. Fishman has extensive experience as medical counsel for more than 35 defendants in asbestos personal injury litigation across the State of Michigan. He is also experienced in defending premises liability claims and representing entities in an array of business matters.
