Biography

Strong relationships and intense attention to detail are what drive Pat Pickett’s approach to representing businesses and political organizations.

He concentrates his practice on corporate, business and real estate matters. Pat serves as counsel to medium and small corporations, limited liability companies and other business organizations in a variety of industries. One of his strengths is structuring and negotiating business transactions, including the formation, sale, merger and acquisition of companies, as well as various real estate transactions.

Pat’s work includes the preparation and negotiation of all types of contracts, leases, shareholder agreements, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, consulting agreements and other corporate documents. Pat also provides counseling and business/real estate-related services to political subdivisions.
