Biography

Patrick Maloney was born and raised in Polk County, FL. He received his Bachelor's Degree from the University of Florida in 2004, and his Masters of Science in Agricultural and Biological Engineering from the University of Florida in 2006. After graduating, he took a job with a commercial construction and engineering firm based in Jacksonville, FL as a Field Engineer and Assistant Superintendent.

In 2009, Mr. Maloney left his first career to attend law school at Stetson University College of Law. He began his legal career at the State Attorney's Office in Tampa, FL where he tried more than 30 jury trials. After three years as a prosecutor, he was offered a job at a boutique firm in Winter Haven, FL where he gained experience as a civil litigator handling cases involving contract disputes, insurance claims, corporate transactions, and real property disputes.

Mr. Maloney joined Morgan & Morgan in 2019, and now proudly represents individuals and families throughout Central Florida who have been injured as a result of another's negligence.
