Patrick P. Hartwig

Patrick Hartwig hails from Youngstown, Ohio, a city known for its robust industrial roots, where he was born and raised in a family of steelworkers and pipefitters. Patrick's journey in education took him to Youngstown State University, where he majored in Political Science and minored in Philosophy. While pursuing his degree, he worked tirelessly to support his education, juggling jobs at a neighborhood tavern and a newsstand. Seeking further legal education, Patrick moved to Boston to attend Northeastern Law School, where he immersed himself in Social Security disability cases at the Greater Boston Legal Services Health and Disability Unit. This experience fueled his passion for advocating for the disabled. After earning his law degree, Patrick initially pursued a career as a real estate attorney, where he gained extensive experience in drafting purchase and sales contracts and conducting numerous real estate closings throughout eastern Massachusetts. However, his dedication to social justice and advocacy led him back to his true calling—working tirelessly on behalf of the sick and disabled to secure the benefits they deserve.
