Biography

Patrick Seo is a member of the Corporate Practice in Greenberg Traurig's New York office. Patrick focuses his practice on corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on public mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.

Patrick represents public and private companies, financial sponsors and their portfolio companies on a variety of domestic and cross border transactions, including public and private mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures (including carve-out transactions), going private transactions, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, strategic investments and SPAC transactions.

Patrick also has experience representing issuers and investors in proxy contests and other matters involving shareholder activism and the implementation of takeover defenses.
