Biography

Patrick Hinrichs is a personal injury lawyer with The Bruning Law Firm. Born and raised in St. Louis, Patrick is an alumni of Christian Brothers College High School. He received his undergraduate degree from The University of Missouri-Columbia, where he graduated cum laude. Patrick graduated from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2010. While in law school, Patrick clerked for the Honorable Judge Sherri B. Sullivan for the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District.

Prior to joining The Bruning Law Firm, Patrick was a partner at a small personal injury firm in St. Louis, where he routinely pursued claims against insurance companies for injuries sustained by his clients and tried numerous cases to verdict, with great success. Before that, he spent nearly half a decade representing large employers and insurance companies in the defense of claims.

Realizing the injustice and greed of large corporations and insurance companies, Patrick decided to fight for negligently harmed personal injury victims. Having experienced firsthand the tactics used by insurance companies on personal injury claims, Patrick is able to anticipate maneuvers before they occur and prevent them, thereby representing his clients more efficiently and effectively.

His experience handling both workers compensation cases and personal injury matters for the insurance companies gives him a unique perspective and insight. Patrick is especially skilled in matters where a person has both a workers compensations claim along with a third party personal injury claim.

Patrick’s approach to each case is the same; be proactive not reactive. He works tirelessly to ensure the rights of his clients are properly and timely enforced. Patrick focuses on each case so that he knows every detail. This results in aggressive handling of every case, maximizing results and helping Patrick’s clients receive the recovery they deserve.

In his spare time, Patrick enjoys being with his incredible wife, four amazing boys and two dogs.
