Patrick Yanoti

Patrick Yanoti is an accomplished associate attorney at Miller, Dawson, Sigal and Ward, specializing in general civil litigation with a strong focus on serious personal injury cases. With a background in the litigation department of one of the state's largest law firms, Patrick has extensive experience handling complex automobile and trucking cases.

Coming from humble beginnings as the son of a school teacher and truck driver, Patrick's passion for law led him to pursue higher education. He obtained his undergraduate degree from James Madison University before earning his law degree from the prestigious Charleston School of Law. During his time in law school, Patrick excelled as a member of the Moot Court Team and Trial Advocacy Team. As the President of the school's Trial Advocacy Team, he showcased his exceptional skills by securing top-three placements in all four national trial competitions he participated in.

Beyond his professional achievements, Patrick prioritizes his family life. He resides in James Island with his wife, son, and daughter, cherishing quality time spent with them.
