Biography

Paul A. Acker is a Partner in the Las Vegas office. Mr. Acker concentrates his practice in all aspects of civil litigation including insurance defense, bad faith, construction defect, personal injury and general liability. He has extensive trial, arbitration, and mediation experience in both State and Federal Courts.

Mr. Acker earned his Bachelors of Science in Management from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and his law degree from Hastings College of the Law, University of California. He is a WICHE Scholar, a member of the Nevada Inns of Court, and clerked with the Organized Crime Strike Force in law school. He is currently admitted to practice in the State of Nevada, the United States District Court, District of Nevada, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States Supreme Court.
