Biography

Paul Robeznieks concentrates his practice on commercial leasing for retail, office, and industrial real estate. Among other things, Paul routinely advises restaurant and health club franchisors and franchisees on their real estate commercial leasing and development opportunities. He represents nationally-known fast-casual restaurant businesses, shopping centers, and real estate developers in various commercial projects across the country.

Paul drafts and negotiates leases and subleases while advising corporate clients on real estate issues arising from commercial leasing. He approaches his legal practice with a business-focused ethos, creating legal strategies based on his clients’ needs and objectives.
