Biography

Mr. Bauducco is the Chair of our Business and Civil Litigation Practice Group. A large part of his practice encompasses contract, real estate and construction litigation, as well as class action defense, particularly for employers. Mr. Bauducco also handles collection matters, recovering millions of dollars for clients whose customers fail to pay for labor or materials, and represents others in Alternative Dispute Resolution as a potential remedy instead of litigation.
