Biography

Paul C. Brennan has been helping clients across Massachusetts for more than four decades, bringing deep knowledge of the courts and criminal justice system to every case. Licensed in Massachusetts since 1982, he has provided statewide legal counsel since 1983 and is known for treating people with the respect and attention they deserve. Paul earned his J.D. from Northeastern University School of Law and also completed legal studies at University College Dublin, where he received his B.C.L. His practice is based in Woburn, and since the 1990s he has guided individuals and businesses through criminal defense, civil litigation, business disputes, landlord-tenant conflicts, personal injury matters, and appeals. Clients rely on him for a balance of compassion and direct, aggressive advocacy when the stakes are high. He works with clients to set clear goals and develop creative strategies, whether the best path is mediation, arbitration, or courtroom litigation. Paul is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association and regularly handles criminal defense, commercial litigation and collections, traffic violations, and OUI/DWI cases.
