Biography

Paul Fonseca, Of Counsel, focuses his practice on representing claims for both domestic and foreign insurance carriers, in complex professional lines insurance coverage in the United States, Canada and Latin America.

Mr. Fonesca handles matters concerning professional indemnity, commercial crime, financial institutions, cyber, property and other first- and third-party coverages. He has extensive commercial and insurance coverage litigation experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Mr. Fonseca is also a highly experienced mediator of commercial, insurance and real estate disputes, and was a Panel Mediator for the Los Angeles Superior Court for five years.
