Biography



Mr. Clewell focuses on the areas of practice listed below. Prior to joining the firm, he spent four years working in the New York office of a major national law firm, where he practiced business and corporate law, primarily in the area of securities litigation and enforcement. He has served as a law clerk to the Hon. Reena Raggi, U.S. Circuit Judge for the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and the late Hon. Milton Pollack, U..S. District Judge for the Southern District of New York. He was also an intern at the federal prosecutor's office in Brooklyn, where he drafted affidavits and memoranda for the business fraud and public corruption unit.


Mr. Clewell is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the New York City Bar Association.
