Biography

Paul F. Oliveri has been repeatedly honored in Who's Who in American Law; and has been recognized by the well-respected legal services company LexisNexis® in its MARTINDALE-HUBBELL BAR REGISTER OF PREEMINENT LAWYERS™ as a preeminent attorney in the practice of Medical Malpractice Law, Premises Liability Law, and Personal Injury Law. Only the most distinguished law practices appear in the Bar Register—those that have achieved the prestigious "AV" rating, which is the top ranking in the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory. The "AV" rating is the result of a structured peer review and is based upon the confidential opinions of practicing attorneys and members of the judiciary. Fewer than 5 percent of all law firms qualify and are included, making OLIVERI & SCHWARTZ, P.C. one of the most distinguished and respected personal injury law firms in the country. In addition, Mr. Oliveri is an active member of The National Crime Victim Bar Association, the New York State Bar Association, the New York County Lawyers' Association, the American Association for Justice and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. When he was appointed a Director of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, Mr. Oliveri was the youngest person ever so appointed. He is currently a Director Emeritus of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association. As a client of Oliveri & Schwartz, P.C., you can be assured of personal service that is hard to find in larger law firms. Mr. Oliveri is personally involved with each and every case. We treat our clients like members of our family, because we believe that you deserve compassionate support during this difficult time as well as accomplished counsel.
