Paul Gantner is an associate in the German Corporate/M&A team. He advises national and international clients on M&A transactions (buy-side and sell-side), private equity and venture capital investments, joint ventures and on all general corporate law matters.

During his clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Berlin he worked for Greenberg Traurig Germany, LLP and the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection.
