We handle all criminal matters and DUI in Pennsylvania     Paul has been featured in Super Lawyers, National Association of Trial Lawyers Top 100 Attorneys, and Distiguished Counsel Top 1%. He is the former co-chair of the Bucks County criminal law division, a member of the Bucks County Inn of Courts, and has taught many seminars and classes to fellow attorneys on DUI and criminal defense.     Paul is a graduate of the United States Coast Guard Academy and the University of Maryland, where he received his MBA and law degree. Paul is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Prior to practicing law, Paul was an officer in the U.S. Coast Guard who was retired as a decorated veteran after a line of duty law enforcement accident.
