Paul J Tartanella

Mr. Tartanella has nearly 40 years of experience working in the areas of securities and commodities law as an attorney in private practice, as General Counsel to financial service companies and in a business role at a major investment management firm. He worked with Mr. Crow at the Firm from 1988 to 1999. He then joined Merrill Lynch as Director in its Alternative Investments Division. Mr. Tartanella was a co-creator and the Product Manager of the ML HedgeAccess Program, an international hedge fund platform with both single manager and multi-manager products. He left Merrill Lynch in 2008 to become General Counsel of Clearbrook Financial LLC. There, he oversaw the legal, compliance and contractual issues for Clearbrook’s various businesses, including its registered broker-dealer, an SEC registered investment advisor and the firm’s family office business. Mr. Tartanella served on the Board of Directors of Clearbrook and acted as its Secretary. Mr. Tartanella worked at Blenheim Capital Management LLC, a CFTC registered Commodity Pool Operator and Commodity Trading Advisor, from 2012 until November 2019 and served as its General Counsel. In November 2019, he established his own law firm.

Mr. Tartanella is the co-chair of the Animal Law Committee of the New Jersey Bar State Association and has a long-time interest in animal law.
