Paul Jarred Winterstein

Mr. Winterstein has a broad-based background in civil defense litigation, having represented clients in matters across the legal spectrum since his admission to the bar in 2006. He firmly believes in client-focused representation. As such, the client’s needs are the primary driver of the course of the litigation.

Mr. Winterstein focuses his practice on complex litigation involving Labor Law and wrongful death claims. Many of his clients include insurers, municipalities, owners, contractors, and employers.

Mr. Winterstein earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Michigan in 2001, after only three years. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Hofstra University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, Mr. Winterstein interned for the Hon. Jeffrey S. Brown (Ret.) and was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, Jewish Law Students Association, and Corporate Law Society.
