Paul L. LaSalle: Attorney with Lynch Law Firm

Biography

Paul L. LaSalle is an attorney that focuses his practice on litigating personal injury matters. Prior to joining the Lynch Law Firm, Mr. LaSalle took on insurance companies that had either wrongfully denied or wrongfully underpaid commercial and residential insurance claims. Previously, Mr. LaSalle worked for firms defending personal injury matters. He uses his prior experience working with insurance companies to be a passionate and prudent advocate for the injured.

In addition to personal injury, Mr. LaSalle has successfully litigated hundreds of varying types of cases, including several high-profile civil rights and employment matters. He also has substantial appellate experience-having argued numerous appeals before state and federal courts. In 2017, Mr. LaSalle was one of the few percent of lawyers to have a petition for certification granted by the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He thereafter argued and won that case.

Mr. LaSalle is a Cum Laude graduate of Monmouth University and the University of Dayton School of Law, where he earned the highest grade in his legal research and writing class. He is a lifelong resident of Monmouth County. When not working hard for his clients, Mr. LaSalle spends his time coaching youth sports or at the beach with his family.
