Paul M. Cummings

Paul M. Cummings was admitted to the Florida bar in 1973. Paul is a graduate of Ohio Wesleyan University and he earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the University of Florida in 1973. Paul received his L.L.M. in Taxation from the University of Miami in 1975. Paul’s practices focuses on wealth preservation planning, estate planning, estate and trust administration, and business and tax planning.

Paul is past Chairman of the Legal Committee of the Professional Advisory Committee of the Foundation of Jewish Philanthropies and past President of the Greater Miami Tax Institute. He is a Trustee of the United Way of Miami-Dade. He remains a member of the Professional Advisory Committee for the Foundation of Jewish Philanthropies and Dade Community Foundation and is also a member of the Miami Beach Estate Planning Group. Paul is also an active member of various Florida and Miami-Dade County Bar Association Committees and a lecturer to non-lawyer groups.
