As a law firm litigator, in-house general counsel, and business executive (Life Science and Civil Construction Industries), Paul is uniquely suited to bring our clients practical and pragmatic business counsel to navigate challenging legal and regulatory landscapes in nearly every facet of the business cycle. Frequently, Paul operates as “in-house” counsel for small and medium-sized and growing businesses that do not have their own established legal departments.

Paul is experienced in providing strategic legal advice to support business activities; enterprise and project risk management, contract drafting and negotiations; sales & acquisitions, compliance with regulatory and government agencies; managing outside counsel relationships, managing litigation, claims and disputes from inception to resolution; drafting compliance, labor & employment, and operational policies, and corporate governance.

Paul has held executive management supervisory responsibility for various operational and support departments (Legal, Contracts, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Quality Assurance, Facilities).

Additionally, Paul provides guidance to executive management regarding enterprise and project risk in various contexts and frequently in the construction industry context.
