Paul M. Williams concentrates his practice on industrial, energy, and agricultural matters. He advises clients on the acquisition, divestiture, financing, and development of industrial, agricultural, energy, and mixed-use projects. He also counsels clients on energy transition and corporate sustainability initiatives.
Paul’s experience includes advising asset management firms, private equity groups, multinational conglomerates, energy companies, and high-net-worth individuals on acquiring, selling, leasing, and financing industrial facilities, energy infrastructure, data centers, and agricultural holdings across the United States. He has guided prominent transactions involving large-scale industrial complexes, including data centers, as well as significant energy projects, and extensive agricultural properties.
He has been instrumental in supporting global power companies with the leasing and development of generation and energy storage facilities, including gas-fired plants, wind, solar, and battery storage projects. His work encompasses decommissioning and sale of generating facilities-including nuclear, gas-fired, coal, and pet coke-and the development of data centers in various states.
Paul also provides guidance to upstream oil and gas companies and utilities on a wide range of transactions. He has assisted clients with the acquisition and sale of producing assets and the development of drilling and storage programs both domestically and internationally. Paul has notable experience in the leasing and development of lithium projects, petrochemical facilities, and large-scale agricultural operations.
