Biography

Paul O. Sullivan concentrates his practice on employment law, education law, corporate law, criminal law, real estate, estate planning and litigation.

In addition being a member of the New York State Bar, Paul is admitted in the State of Florida. He is involved in all aspects of litigation in both state venues. Additionally, Paul is adept in handling estate and trust matters, including ancillary proceedings and litigation involving Will contests in both Florida and New York.

Paul represents many corporations and limited liability companies, guiding them through the process of formation; and continuing counsel in all aspects. Further, he counsels employees and employers through various aspects of employment and labor matters, including employment contracts, severance agreements, and human resource disputes, working to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor and employment laws. Paul is dedicated to problem resolution, frequently solving employment matters through arbitration and/or mediation.

Paul O. Sullivan has extensive experience representing colleges and other academic institutions in disciplinary hearings, employment matters, tax-exemption issues, and trust litigation.
