Biography

I am a Louisville, Kentucky employment and civil rights attorney and a founding member of the law firm of Abney Law Office, PLLC.I handle a broad range of employment law and employment litigation matters throughout the Commonwealth of Kentucky and Southern Indiana. Because of this, Abney Law is dedicate to protecting and expanding the rights of workers in Kentucky. Whether I'm in the courtroom, in front of a panel of appellate judges, advocating to members of the state legislature, or at the sitting negotiating table next to you, at Abney Law our top priority is making sure workers in Kentucky are treated fairly and with the dignity they deserve.Practice Highlights:Isham, et al. v.
