Paul Sullivan

Paul V. Sullivan is a Partner at Sullivan Whitehead & DeLuca, where is practices in all areas of civil litigation, including products liability, premises liability, construction law, business law, and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Sullivan is admitted to practice in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Sullivan was a Partner at a large law firm practicing in civil litigation. Additionally, Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience with asbestos litigation in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts.

Mr. Sullivan is a graduate of the University of Southern California, and Suffolk University Law School. While at law school Mr. Sullivan was on Law Review, and he graduated Magna Cum Laude, ranked third in his class. Upon graduation, he clerked for the Superior Court of Massachusetts.

Mr. Sullivan also served in the United States Navy as a Naval Flight Officer, and is a veteran. Mr. Sullivan attained the rank of Lieutenant Commander, and was awarded the Navy Achievement Medal.
