Biography

My law practice is focused on drafting and reviewing Qualified Domestic Relation Orders (QDROs). I have drafted and reviewed hundreds of QDROs over the years.

I have been an attorney for 33 years. My law partner Cheryl Berzer is also my partner in life. Together we have three children: Michael age 33, Joseph age 27 and Julia age 13.

At 47 years old and 21 years after our oldest child, Julia was our surprise gift! Michael is a recent UB Law School graduate. Our son Joseph is attending law school at Northwestern in Chicago. Our 13 year old Julia argues like an attorney so who knows what path she will follow.

Our Firm Berzer and Wolf is a family business that can assist you with all of your legal needs.
