Biography

Paul Wilk is an associate principal attorney in the firm’s Detroit office. Mr. Wilk started with the firm as a law clerk on the Asbestos Team and has been with the firm since 2017. He has experience in several areas of civil litigation including mass tort litigation, product liability, third-party automobile liability defense, No-Fault litigation, premises liability, contract disputes, and general commercial litigation disputes. Mr. Wilk’s experience in many different areas of the law allows him to provide a unique perspective when assisting a client with their specific legal needs.

Mr. Wilk was recognized in the 2026 edition of The Best Lawyers in AmericaOnes to Watch in the field of Mass Tort Litigation/Class Actions-Defendants.

Mr. Wilk received his JD from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law where he graduated magna cum laude and was a member of the Frank Murphy’s Honor Society. He received a Bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Michigan.

Additionally, Mr. Wilk’s has provided services at the Detroit Legal Services Clinic.
