Paula Montoya is the founder and principal attorney of Paula Montoya Law, an Orlando-based boutique firm serving local and international clients in estate planning, probate, guardianship, business, and real estate law. With over a decade of experience and fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, Paula is adept at assisting clients from diverse backgrounds, particularly those from Latin America. Recognized for her thoughtful and attentive approach, she ensures that her clients’ concerns are addressed and their interests protected throughout the legal process. Born in Rio de Janeiro and residing in Central Florida for more than 30 years, Paula brings a unique global perspective to her practice. A graduate of Barry University School of Law—where she achieved the highest bar exam score in her class—and Rollins College Magna Cum Laude, Paula is committed to professional excellence and community service. Her dedication has earned her recognition as one of Orlando Family Magazine’s Awesome Estate Planning/Asset Protection Attorneys for 2024.
