Biography

Paydon Ross Broeder is a Partner in the firm’s Tampa office specializing in the area of first party property defense. He has handled numerous claims involving water, fire, theft, sink-hole, SIU Fraud, and storm-related losses through trial for both residential and commercial properties. Additionally, Mr. Broeder conducts examinations under oath to assist carriers with coverage determinations. He also defends carriers in life, automobile, general liability and third party insurance matters.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Florida Levin College of Law. During law school, Mr. Broeder was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution team, The Journal of Law and Public Policy, and served as the Articles Editor of The Florida Journal of International Law. He also completed an internship at the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Florida as well as working as a Law Clerk in the real estate litigation department of a prominent Gainesville area law firm.

Mr. Broeder earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of North Florida. He graduated magna cum laude in three and a half years making the Dean’s List in all semesters. During his time at the University of North Florida, he served as the Vice President of the Pre-Law Student Society and completed the UNF Honors Program.
