Biography

Perry Nava is a Premises Liability attorney with Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Originally from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he attended the University of Central Florida for his bachelor's in Legal Studies. After spending a few years working with a defense contractor, he attended Barry University, Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law in Orlando for his J.D.

While finishing up law school and studying for the bar, Perry worked at the Mexican Consulate in Proteccion, assisting Mexican citizens in the United States obtain representation for various sorts of legal matters unique to people in their position.

Being of Mexican and American descent, Perry's initial field of interest was in immigration, where he defended asylum cases before the EOIR Immigration Court and USCIS. He continued the fight for the people when he moved into the areas of auto accidents, personal injury protection, workers' compensation, and slip/trip and fall cases. Consistently, he has been on the side of what most people would consider the underdog.

Perry is natively fluent in Spanish as well as English and he can be reached at the Morgan & Morgan, P.A. Orlando office.
