Biography

Perry Fallick focuses his practice in the areas of personal injury, nursing home negligence, labor law, employment discrimination, mass torts and commercial litigation. Perry has also developed a specialty in the handling of Surrogate’s Court matters for the firm, specifically wrongful death and infant compromise proceedings.

Perry has been a core member of multiple trial teams in state and federal court, including working extensively on the firm’s representation of professional tennis player Eugenie Bouchard in her lawsuit against the United States Tennis Association, as well as representing an individual in a negligence lawsuit against David Copperfield and the MGM Grand Hotel in Las Vegas. Perry also represented a client in her sexual harassment, retaliation and defamation lawsuit in the United States District Court, Southern District of New York, where he successfully argued and won dismissal of defendants’ appeal in the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit.

Prior to joining the firm, Perry worked at a boutique commercial litigation firm in Manhattan where his practice focused on the representation of corporate and individual clients in complex commercial matters involving business torts, breach of contract, real estate disputes, civil RICO, and insurance litigation, among others.

Perry graduated cum laude from New York Law School in 2012. While in law school, Perry was an editor of the New York Law School Law Review and was named a John Marshall Harlan Scholar. While in law school, he gained experience working as a summer associate at Warner Music Group and as a legal extern at Greenberg Traurig, LLP in the Entertainment and Media practice.

Perry received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications in 2007. He is admitted to practice law before the courts of the State of New York, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Perry has been selected on multiple occasions to the New York Super Lawyers Rising Stars list, an honor given to no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state.
