Pete A. Fuscaldo

Pete has earned the reputation of being a strategic and analytical problem solver. His financial background, business sensibilities, and no-nonsense approach have become the hallmark of his 30+ years of practice. CEOs often turn to him when they need special handling of complex issues.

He is highly collaborative, pragmatic, and passionate advocate for his clients. He recognizes the importance of listening to understand his client’s desired outcome, strategizing to develop the right approach, and then tenaciously executing.

Pete represents diverse, established, and emerging privately held companies, often serving as general business counsel in both day-to-day legal matters and strategic transactions. He provides counsel on a full range of complex business issues. He advises on matters related to entity formation and operation, tax and legal structure of business acquisitions and dispositions, corporate finance matters, venture capital funding, and private equity transactions.

Pete has a deep understanding of restructuring and recapitalization transactions, involving both debt and equity. His tax and business law expertise allows him to be creative in finding solutions to otherwise challenging deals.

Pete is also Leech Tishman’s Managing Partner and chair of the firm’s Management Committee.
