Biography

Peter J. Bosco is a member of the Business Law & Finance Department of the firm.

Attorney Bosco’s practice concentrates on representing and counseling clients through various business and finance issues, including the acquisition and divestiture of interests in closely held businesses, governance issues, entity formation, and related commercial transactions.

Peter earned his Juris Doctor from Notre Dame Law School, where he served as an editor on the Journal of International and Comparative Law. During law school, he interned with Judge Peter A. Bogaard of the New Jersey Superior Court and the Pennsylvania State Employees’ Retirement System. He also graduated summa cum laude from The University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Politics.
