Mr. Fitzpatrick has practiced in the in-house corporate setting as General Counsel for a satellite communications company, and then in private practice as a civil litigator and transactional attorney. He has experience in many areas of practice including, among others, business law, mergers and acquisitions, divorce, child custody, estate planning, guardianships and real estate. He has served as President of the Bar Association of Frederick County, Maryland, currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors for Mother Seton School, and as a Director on the Board of Directors of the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek and the Old Farm Condominium Association. He is a Fellow of the Maryland Bar Foundation and has also been honored by the Bar Association of Frederick County with the James McSherry Memorial Award for Outstanding Service to the Bar Association. He resides in Frederick with his wife and is an active member of his Rotary Club and St. John the Evangelist Church.
