I am personally biased against Mr. Kumpe. He agreed to serve as an expert in a securities fraud suit against my law firm. The case was eventually dismissed upon a motion for summary judgment yet Mr. Kumpe generally testified in depositions that the case had merit, an opinion with which I, numerous other attorneys and the judge disagreed. Mr. Kumpe's mercenary behavior in this matter was extremely disappointing.
