Biography

Peter Fiorella is an associate attorney based in the New York, NY, office of WSHB, where he handles transportation and premises liability litigation. He has extensive trial experience in various New York State Supreme Court divisions, including the 8th Judicial District and all five boroughs of New York City. Peter has successfully argued numerous motions and has served as lead counsel in multiple trials.

Peter is a graduate of Michigan State University College of Law. He also holds an accounting undergraduate degree with a computer science minor from Michigan State University, Eli Broad School of Business.

Outside of the courtroom, Peter enjoys spending time on the golf course and with his family and friends. He is an avid sports enthusiast and a passionate supporter of the Buffalo Bills.
