Peter J. Lamont is a nationally recognized business, contract, and commercial real estate attorney. Peter’s practice is dedicated to business law, commercial litigation, and business success and development. His practice spans a wide spectrum, from contracts, commercial real estate, and international distribution to employment, operations, corporate restructuring, intellectual property, and small business set-up.Peter is also the host of Understanding the Law Radio (UTLRadio.com), a business success and legal information podcast and video program. Peter is a frequent speaker and lecturer at various corporate and community events and has been interviewed by NPR, Dateline, and various other news publications. Peter currently write for Construction Executive Magazine and has served as a contributing editor for Architectural Lighting Magazine, where he penned a monthly business practices column. Peter has also written for Kitchen & Bath Business, as well as other publications, including the New Jersey Lawyer and Claims Magazine. In addition to his magazine articles and blog posts, Peter is the author of A Fresh Start: A Guide to Chapter 7 Bankruptcy (2013). and it a contributing author of Kitchen and Bath Sustainable Design: Conservation, Materials, Practices.
