Pete Veltri is of counsel in the Corporate and Commercial Group of Babst Calland. He is also a member of the Firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Group. Mr. Veltri’s practice consists of representing publicly-traded and private clients in corporate mergers, acquisitions and divestitures as well as real estate acquisitions and divestitures. In addition, he represents energy clients in various transactional matters.

Mr. Veltri has substantial experience in all phases of transactions, including counseling on transaction structure, letters of intent, due diligence, and the drafting and negotiation of transaction documents. In addition, Mr. Veltri routinely counsels clients in connection with structuring and creating business entities and joint ventures.

Mr. Veltri received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, in 2001 from the University of Pittsburgh majoring in Information Science. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2005.

Mr. Veltri was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 2005. He is a member of the Allegheny County, Pennsylvania and American Bar associations.
