Biography

Peter Nelson is a Florida attorney specializing in personal injury cases. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Nelson gained invaluable experience while working in the insurance defense field. Mr. Nelson particularly benefited from the perspective of working in the arena of Personal Injury Protection insurance defense. He now joins Morgan & Morgan in its fight for injured persons facing large insurance corporations.

Mr. Nelson grew up in South Florida and graduated from Coral Gables Senior High School in Miami, Florida. He then attended Houghton College (in rural New York) where he achieved his Bachelor of Science Degree as a double major in Political Science and Business Administration. He then went on to earn his Juris Doctorate from the Pennsylvania State University’s Penn State Law School, where he was a member of the Arbitration Law Review.
