Biography

Peter Bryce joined Whiteman, Osterman & Hanna LLP in September 2024 and is a litigator in the Firm’s Litigation and Appeals practice group. Peter has represented clients in federal securities enforcement actions, litigation related to mergers & acquisitions, and general commercial disputes.

Prior to joining the Firm, Peter maintained a solo practice where his clients included major law firms, tech startups, and individuals under federal investigation. Peter began his career as a litigation associate in the New York office of Kirkland & Ellis, LLP.

Peter was born and raised in Amsterdam, NY. In his free time, Peter studies classical vocal performance and directs an amateur choral ensemble.

Peter graduated magna cum laude from Fordham University School of Law in 2013. Additionally, Mr. Bryce was the Associate Editor for of the Fordham Law Review. Mr. Bryce participated as the team captain of the Fordham Moot Court National Competition Team where they won the New York regional championship.

Mr. Bryce earned a B.A., cum laude, from Harvard University with a concentration in Government and Spanish Language and Literature.
