Biography

Peter R. Jennetten joined Quinn Johnston in 1996 and concentrates his practice on litigation of municipal tort liability claims and civil rights and discrimination claims. He also has significant experience representing clients in legal disputes relating to premises liability, construction litigation, employment law, insurance coverage and analysis litigation, appellate practice, and general negligence. While Peter continues to handle a variety of personal injury matters, his practice increasingly focuses on federal court litigation, particularly the defense of law enforcement officers, jail medical staff and other government officials in civil rights cases. He also regularly argues cases in the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
