Biography

Peter S. Borock is Deputy Chair of the New York Real Estate Practice. Peter advises private equity funds, family offices, equity investors, sponsors, property owners, developers, and public agencies on a broad range of commercial real estate transactions. His experience spans acquisitions, dispositions, financings, joint ventures (single asset and programmatic), development, and leasing, across all major real estate sectors including multifamily, office, retail, industrial, health care, mixed-use and infrastructure.

Peter has been widely recognized for his work, being named as a “Rising Star” by Law360, Super Lawyers and the New York Law Journal and was listed in Bloomberg Law’s “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” and Crain’s New York Business “40 Under 40.”

Prior to law school, Peter taught history at a public high school in The Bronx through Teach For America.
